Story
Having gathered the supplies, the party left Vila Agueda. The next stop was Villard. During the travels the party stopped for the night to rest, and during Norvaan Longard's watch, the party was suprised by a pack of wolf like creatures.
The battle was fierce, and dangerous. The wolf creatures had the ability to blast the entire party. Caught by surprise, they battled as hard as they could, but when the battle was over, one of thier numbers would never return. Saxon had fallen to these creatures.
Norvaan read Saxon's last rites and then burned the body as a ritual way of cleansing the body. With a heavy heart of a lost commrad and friend, the party Moved onto to Losmere to find the Prince.
reaching Losmere, they are escorted to King Aldar's throne room to speak with him. He tells that the caravan came through and left, but that the Prince stayed behind to look for something. It didn't seem right that he hadn't returned. The king called is great tracker and hunter Laphane Nasta to help the party locate and rescue the Prince.
The party tracked the prince into the woods and discovered spiderwebbing in the area. Tracking further into the woods, the party encountered several spiders and ettercaps. Within the webbing, was a humanoid body. The fight was on, the spiders leaped at us to attack, but through cunning tactics were only able to get into killing positions. Laphane proved good in the fight, as the ranger keep knocking down the spiders and ettercaps. It wasn't long before the battle was over, and the Prince was rescued.
With the Prince saved and some treasure found, the party headed back to Loshmere. They decided it was best to go back through the trade route to return to Canton City. King Aldar relieved Laphane of his duties to his service to help with the party in getting the Prince back.
