The Free Cities of Dallaall are a loose collection of city states south of the Canton Kingdom. Their relations with the Canton Kingdom are good. An elected Council of Elders representing each city settles disputes between the Free Cities. Each city then makes it’s own policy, with the elected elder acting as mayor of the city. There are currently 5 cities that are part of the Free City States of Dallaall, with the city of Dallaall acting as the political capital.

South of Dallaall lie the three port towns of the Frantan Confederation, Seamouth, Yarik and Karik. All three are situated around a large bay with Yarik and Karik situated on cliffs at the mouth. Seamouth is the southern most port on the continent, and is a major halfling settlement.

A map of the Windman Continent.

The Windman Continent is the name of the northern most continent in the eastern hemisphere of Keedrah. It gains its name from the former Windman Empire that, at its height, spanned the entire continent. Internal strife and raids from nomadic tribes of the Aeg Continent eventually lead to the fall of the empire several thousand years ago.

Countries

Two major countries span the continent, the Gallantrian Empire in the north, ruled by Emperor Shalt. Gallantria considers itself the successor of the Windman Empire. The Canton Kingdom, formerly ruled King James Smythe, which spans most of the south. The two countries have experienced relative peace between each other since the end of the Greater Races War.

The independent states of the Windman Continent

Minor Countries

Several smaller countries and free states exist as well. In the far east, nestled between Gallantria and Canton, and bordering Continental Elf lands and the Loshthalassa, is the small mountainous kingdom of Loshmere, ruled by Aldar Loshren. South of Canton are the undead infested ruins of the Duchy of Riverkeil, followed by the Free Cities of Dallaall, and the three port towns of the Frantan Confederation.
