Jagger Burrell

Jagger Burrell is the Current Magnate of the Free Cities of Dallaall. He also serves as the military commander in times of war. He was born in Dallaall roughly 70 years ago, and is, as most leaders of this time, an aging hero of the Greater Races War. Before the war, Burrell served as watch commander in Dallaall, and helped Eric Carver cross the border from Riverkeil, where he had been held against his will. The city of Dallaall held against Hayze's armies and then later against the increasing belligerence of Riverkeil. After the greater races war, Burrell was an instructor at the Carvorel Military School, but found he was constantly being called back to aid in the defense of Dallaall against Riverkeil. He was elected the first representative of Dallaall to the meetings of cities that eventually formed the Free Cities, and that body has elected him Magnate every year since. He's served in that position for roughly 20 years now.

He is a solidly built man in his 70s, though he has slown down a bit in the last few years. He stands 5'10", and only recently replaced his massive great bow with a walking stick. He is clean shaven, and has white hair in a very tight cut. He has a wife (Alys), two sons (Gregor and Bryce), seven grand children and one great grand child.
