Elves

Elves are the common name for two distinct races present on the World of Keedrah. Gaunt, lithe and tall, the Elves have striking features that are quickly recognizable.

Continental Elves

Elves of noble bloodline that have the capability of utilizing arcane magic. Comparable to Eladrin of other planes. They hold some deep-seated prejudice against Insel Elves, due to their inability to use magic. This eventually led the Continental Elves to drive the non-casters out of the continent to settle on an island. They refer to themselves as Eladrin, but most other races call them Continental Elves.

Insel Elves

They were the former martial protectors of the Continental elves until they were driven out by their magic-casting brethren. Comparable to Elves of other planes. They settled on the island known as Insel. Prejudices still about although they are somewhat better tolerated after their participation in the Greater Races War. They refer to themselves as Elves, but most other races call them Insel Elves.
