Canton Underground

A company of thieves in Canton City, the Underground was deeply involved in the strife surrounding the Ducal Council following the death of King James Smythe. Their benefactor, Thomas de Agueda, and their leader, Cassius were both arrested after Duke Eric Carver's men raided their headquarters with the help of Creeps, a member of The Red, a rival gang. Since the arrests, the Underground has been quickly ceding territory, as the gangs that had been at the mercy of The Underground's deep pockets started exacting their revenge on the leaderless group almost immediately.
