Frantan Confederation

On the southern tip of the Frantan Penninsula lies the three towns of the Frantan Confederation; Seamouth, Yarik and Karik. All three are situated around a large bay with Yarik and Karik situated on cliffs at the mouth. The Confederation is bordered on the north by the Free Cities of Dallaall.

Seamouth is the southern most port on the continent, and is a major halfling settlement. The Seamouth halflings of the Frantan Confederation are major traders along the sea routes of the Mesothalassa.

Yarik and Karik are mostly human settlements.

History

Ten years after the Greater Races War, with the Duchy of Riverkeil growing bolder and bolder, the cities of the Frantan Peninsula gathered together to present a united front against the encroachment. However, Yarik, Karik, and Seamouth could not come to agreeable terms with the remaining cities. The three cities preferred a strong central government, as opposed to Dallaall's loosely grouped representative democracy. Thus the Frantan Confederation was formed.
